A PATIENT OF THEIR WALKED INTO MY OFFICE IN DISTRESS. TRIED TO GET SOMEONE TO COME AND PICK HER UP AND THEY TRIED ANY WHICH WAY BUT HOW TO PASS THE RESPONSIBILITY. EVEN MADE US CALL THE POLICE AND WASTE POLICE TIME. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT THERE WAS NO URGENCY FROM THE PEOPLE WE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS WITH. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THIS VULNERABLE LADY WAS LEFT TO BE HELPED BY TOTAL STRANGERS.
