Second time visiting this shop when visiting Blackpool, lovely products and lovely atmosphere too the staff were all very friendly and chatted to my little boy. I had to nip back to buy 10 little Blackpool tower chocolate bars to take home as they were honestly some of the nicest chocolate I have tasted. Highly recommended!

Attractive shop selling luxury fudge and chocolate, sticks of rock and jars of old-fashioned sweets that are weighed out on to a scale. Friendly service, but very expensive - I paid £3.99 for a very small box of ginger cream chocolates.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go. Staff are extremely rude, ignorant and obviously need more training.

Delicious Old fashioned sweets, it's a shame they are closing down these shops all around England.

I went in the Blackpool store today and received shocking customer service.I have a 4 and 6 year old, the store sells bouncy balls, which like all kids they picked up and bounced twice then I asked them to put them back as I wasn't buying them.My children are very well behaved and did so straight away.I went to the till to pay for sweets and drinks and the cashier didn't look at me or smile and just went £4, no please or thankyou. I paid her, again no thankyou.I asked what her problem was and she said your children could have broke the lights in the ceiling with the balls bouncing and said it was dangerous. The ceiling height was approximately 12ft and the balls only bounced approximately 2ft high. She told me she was scared the lights would break. My response to the store is either don't sell the balls or put a sign up.Also employ staff who are happy and cheerful and not scared of bouncy balls.
