Having been let down by a couple of other places, I ordered online with Euro Car Parts and picked it up the next day. Was there for no more than 10 minutes while the helpful member of staff got my part. Great service.

Ordered my items online and had a message to pick up 15 minutes later. Easy to find with good parking. Small queue inside which soon went down and the guy went out back and bought my order straight out. Definitely worth ordering online for pick up to save time. Staff very friendly. We will use again

Purchased wrong item by mistake on EBAY i asked them to cancel item which they totally ignored me and sent item out to me so I didn't except delivery of DHL and sent item back to the seller euro car parts they have received item back now as I've got proof of DHL but they have not refunded me yet sent loads of messages which they won't respond to me violating ( EBAY AGREEMENT ) IN NOT REFUNDING ME THE BUYER AFTER RECEIVING THEIR GOODS BACK !

Great customer service. Customer entrance is behind metal screening which with a white sign on the wall facing car park saying reception with arrow right makes it confusing so walked to the wrong end of the building..Need more clear signage but other than that great service A+

Got to be the best thing about this company is they always keep all of there stores stacked with stock so at a moments notice you can collect what you need no waiting as it’s already in stock. Like a lot of people we don’t want to wait nor have the time. This goes for all there stores great feature

Placed order, was sent email detailing to collect after 9.00 next day. Upon arrival was told item hasn't arrived. When I requested a refund I was refused and told the system wont let them. Compete messers
