From the start they were helpful and honest to what your needs are. Never had an issue with what they installed and the technicians for both annual maintenance and alterations have been great. Went with this company based on good reviews and I have not been disappointed.

We have used Freedom Fire and Security for various installations over the years. Just recently they have updated our CCTV at home and we are delighted with the results. Jan came out to see us initially and he filled us with confidence that the system would be easy to upgrade and use.Andy and Colin arrived to install the CCTV and they conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They explained how to use the equipment and were eager to show us all of the camera angles.All members of staff we have met over the years have been polite, well experienced and knowledgeable in their field and most of all, they take great pride in their work.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for future work.

I have been using freedom for a number of years on numerous different jobs. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, Ady especially nothing was to much trouble and the general installation was superb. Response times are excellent and pricing is very reasonable. would highly recommend.

Communication is lacking…Had a alarm system installed a year ago which should have had a link to my phone… almost a year later still no WiFi module installed.Chased it numerous times for an engineer to turn up trying two modules to then find the main board is faulty.Ok no a major issue just replace it right?A month later and still no contact until I rang on the 6th august…Yeah we need to order it I’ll ring you later once that’s done…Low and behind no contact atall… yet again it will be me chasing.Not impressed by the customer experience atall

I have only 5 months experience of using Freedom, however they've worked with our Academy for some years now. May I say that I'm very impressed with the service they provide, they are professional in what they do, and they're always available when you need them (unlike some of their competitors!). I've only heard positive remarks from my colleagues, their prices are competitive, and I'd have no hesitation recommending them to other people.

We booked this company on recommendation. The guys arrived ahead of their appointment but didn't knock until their scheduled time. Everything was explained in detail, the guys were so friendly & reassuring. Many thanks to Freedom for their prompt response to an alarm failure in the early hours. The situation required a new system installation, a very reasonable price was agreed and the work was carried out a few days later.All personnel were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and I have no hesitation recommending this company.
