Best Service in all the highlands.My mum is disabled and always have problems getting to her appointments but Sneckie Taxis always deliver first class service without this company my mum would be lost ,Can,t rate them highly enough.

First rate firm. Used Sneckie to get me to the airport from a remote spot on the Black Isle, at 4.30am, in the middle of a snow storm and . The driver arrived spot on and got me to the airport perfectly on time, right to the door.

Worst experience in Inverness. When I called to enquire about my car to the airport which was 10 minutes late they apologised and said it had been booked for the following day despite my VERY clear instructions. They sent a new car which took another 30 minutes and when I arrived at the airport I’d missed the bag drop and couldn’t make my flight with my luggage. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They did reduce my fare by £10 though but that doesn’t really help when you need to make your flight. I’m sitting in the airport for 3.5hrs now waiting for the next flight and have had to pay again..... thanks Sneckie Taxis. AVOID!!!!

The taxi arrived promptly and collected me from a rural location. The driver was friendly and chatty. It was good value for money.

I am a loyal taxi customer as I use it for getting to work and back to begin with it was amazing ! Great service and amazing prices, recently I have been let down. I have to book the taxis earlier and earlier because they keep arriving late or there's been a delay. And I'm always 5 minutes late for work and today I have been completely let down. The time of my appointment 10past 10 I got a phone call saying it will be 15minute late baring in mind I start work at 10:30 and then I get a phone call say they won't be able to make it. Very disappointed now I'm going to be late for work even longer again and having to find another taxi last minute. Really disappointed right now.

Sent a taxi to pick up my tired hubby on a Friday at the end of his day, 4pm so before metres go up at night, he was tired and metre was already at 4.00 pound instead of 3 or 3.50 when he got in. he doesn't get taxi often so didn't know but it was a lot more expensive to get him home than usual by a good few pounds so it was tariff 2 during day when should be tariff 1. Called office to complain, told I would get a call back, still waiting months later, do not recommend, will not use again. bad customer service.

Told the fare was £18.30 and after giving taxi driver £20 he only gave me £1.30 change. Should have challenged it at the time but was in a rush for flight. I'll be using the other company next time.

Complete scam. What would usually cost £5/6 with any other taxi, with sneckie taxis the journey cost me £11. I was well overcharged for a 7min journey at 10am, the price was twice as much as it would cost to the city centre when I was only going to the retail park by culloden. I only used their service after noticing the 20% off deal on the billboard infront of their depot at culloden in massive font. Unfortunately they didnt accept this becuase it is an old deal & no longer valid". Dont you think you should be taking that down as it is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!Sneckie Taxis

Had a blonde female driver in the light blue Peugeot minibus, she was late, her driving was horrendous and she was very rude. In the end we got out and walked the last 4 miles.
