Awesome experience as ever. This is the second time I am moving across the UK with Ash and I have no reason to not travel with him if I ever have to.He is quite a dependable personality, welcoming and highly professional. He was punctual. He fixed my loose chest of drawers for me at no extra cost.He is also good-humoured. I will recommend him to anyone who is considering enlisting the service of a moving agent.

They came down from Shepherd’s Bush all the way to Battersea the same day to help me and my grandmother move house. They were so friendly and nice; helped with packing and moving everything as me and my grandmother couldn’t do so. Very good service and the price was a bargain!!

This is the second time I’ve used Michael and his crew. The first was from house into storage and now storage into house. They are always polite, friendly and on time. They work hard and fast and are careful with belongings. They carry tools to ensure they can build your furniture back up if needed.They are very competitively priced and represent good value. Highly recommended. I will also advise my friends to use them.

They took my stuff from London to Birmingham and worked so hard and quickly to get the job done. They respond well to messages too. Really good business!!

I moved from London to Sheffield and I really couldn’t ask for a better service than what these guys gave me! They took extra precautions when moving my furniture and I didn’t have to stress about anything. This service exceeded my expectations. The pricing was very reasonable for the service they provided and the communication and speed of this service was very easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone ☺️

Worst experience. The company didn’t even show up. I booked a month in advance and when I rang to ask where they were they informed me they booked me in for the day after. After sending someone 3 hours late, the guys made us feel as though we were making them work late. They then turned up an hour late to our new property and when asked they said they stopped for food which was fine but they charged us for the entire time. They didn’t even complete the job on the day and we had to go back to the old property at 7am the next day for them to complete the move. They charged us for many more hours than they even worked and when trying to reason with them they were rude, unhelpful and extremely argumentative. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never be using again
