RECOMMEND! Was recommended by a friend who has been going here for years with her cats and it did not disappoint! Hills quickly and easily registered us my cat as a new patient and helped my husband and i get pet health certificates for a move to the US involving a certificate for Portugal and a certificate for USA. All documentation went smoothly and I am so grateful for the help! The staff are very friendly and I think my vet was Mark. Super nice, patient and answered all my Q's. Only thing would be that sometimes the vet is hard to reach on the phone and sometimes you need to follow up on calls, but nothing too difficult and i would still return and recommend to anyone in London!

UPDATE: I PAID £45 pounds and initially they said they took £24 of it when in reality they took. £45 of my credit when I said to them why I was late. First I'm disabled and live on my own, have mobility issues and was struggling to get my kitten in his box. I explained to the receptionist I would be 2 minutes late (was on my way there) and she said I cancelled the appointment. Instead of costing £24 cancellation fee (which was unfair anyway, as I didn't cancelled and I said I was gonna be a little late) they took £45.Today my appointment was for 17:30 but I was only seeing from 17:50 (20minutes later than what it was booked for) to 18:02 less than 15 minutes to talk to the vet.Shouldn't I get compensation for your incompetence with time? Seeing as you took £45 from my account when I was on my way there (a couple of mine late) and begged for me kitten to be seen?They're very good at charging a cancellation appointment and taking of £24 of your account when you are 2 minutes late... But once you arrive to the practice, don't expect to be seen on time. So they cancelled my appointment for my kitten because I was 2 minutes late (I rang them 3x to let them know I was on my way but was gonna be late) and they just took £24 of my £45 credit. I have an appointment today for 17:30 and now is 17:40 and I still haven't been seen. Shouldn't I be refunded the money that they took? Considering that if I was 2 minutes late they didn't even care and cancelled my appointment and charged me for it. Let's see how long I have to wait to be seem. But if you are 2 minutes late beware they won't see you or your pet and will charge you for it.

I’ve been a client at Hill’s for almost 20 years. The staff provide the best care and go over and above to make you and your pets feel comfortable and at ease. The practice is clean and comfortable and treatment plans are tailored to your specific pet and circumstances.

After a lengthy search to find a professional and reputable Vet Clinic my husband came across Hill's Practice. Judging purely by customer reviews we decided to give it a go.That was the best decision to make. Our poor Sheba hadn't been eating properly for a few days , was hiding and simply wasn't her happy self. We were lucky to get an appointment the very same day.Sheba had various tests done and thoroughly examined. Doctor Anja's professionalism and knowledge made us feel Sheba was in good hands. She explained all what worried owners needed to know about their beloved pet's health. We got necessary prescription.To our huge surprise we noticed change in Sheba behaviour right away.She started eating hours after visiting the Clinic. We cannot Thank enough to all Doctors looking after our beloved Sheba and to wonderful Reception ladies for making us feel welcomed.Thank you on behalf of Sheba!

It seems to be a very busy practice & is obviously popular, with plenty of friendly staff on the reception desk as well as the vets. We've only just started going to Hill's after our previous vet changed hands but the service is brilliant!

Very friendly professional service. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The vet was thorough and had a very nice manner with myself and our little kitten. Rowan kept me informed about what he was checking and gave very helpful advice. The cat was very comfortable. Very happy with Hills Vets.

We used to be very happy with Hill's but recently it seems to have deteriorated. The staff are lovely overall but at our last visit it was chaos in reception and I was trying to speak to the nurse to ask a clinical question about the dog and her colleague was talking over us trying to upsell me a payment plan, as if that was their priority and more important than the actual animal! I felt a bit like I was in a used car sales room! Further to that experience some fellow dog owners have said they feel the same and are looking at alternative vets. Such a shame.

The team at Hill's responded brilliantly when my cat was suddenly taken ill, from finding an emergency appointment to keeping me informed throughout. Vet Rowan was skilled and kind, and all stages of investigations and treatment - including costs - were explained clearly and my questions answered. It really feels as though everyone at Hill's puts the needs of our pets first, which hasn't always been my experience elsewhere.
