I took my blinds to Werners and they shrunk them. Werners responses to me have implied I made this up and that the blinds do not fit as the room has been plastered.Worst customer experience ever.

Have been using Werner’s dry cleaners for years and have always had excellent service. Professional, efficient and always polite. Clothes are cleaned and pressed to a high standard. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere!

Took my garment to be pressed, picked it up to find a mark on it. I was extremely disappointed and upset as it was brand new. Will never use this dry cleaner again.There was no accountability, no refund, and very poor customer service.

Have tried their services for the first time. Now my jacket is clean and smells lovely! <3 They also charge a low cost for their service, sjicj they sorted within 48 hours. I paid £10 for a thick winter jacket.
