3Recruit has been brilliant to me helping me find a new job, which I am throughly enjoying and wouldn’t have landed without their help. Glynn the director is very helpful, friendly and a genuine nice person, he did all the ground work to get me an interview and gave great advice helping to land my new role! He is always checking up to make sure everything is going well and is only ever a phone call away if I need any help or advice. All was swimmingly well to begin with.Lured in with spiel & a hefty pay increase by let's say, not entirely above board fuel allowance top ups.I can't speak for the whole company. I'm sure they generally run a tight ship, I don't know so this is not a review to take down 3receuit as whole.But one particular individual. Let's call him the Wolf of Drywall Street " as description with a telephone manner like a Radio2 DJ is not someone to trust what so ever.With that said and this in mind I am using my 51yrs of nuance & 35yrs of experience on the tools to maybe suggest

Glyn, the director, is very friendly and he's very thorough with the information you need regarding your new role.The recruitment process for me was also surprisingly quick, and I'm really enjoying the new company I'm working for.
