The cake Carrie made for us was absolutely amazing, and far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. Nobody could believe it was real, it looked that perfect, and it also tasted fantastic! It received so many compliments and people continue to tell us how incredible it was! When Carrie said she would add our monogram we never believed it would look THAT good. Thank you so much!

I have never been at a wedding where so many people were talking about the cake and how delicious it was!Carrie did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding cake it looked stunning and more importantly tasted absolutely delicious! We had struggled to find someone to do a traditional fruit cake and having asked Carrie for a mix of sponge and fruit cake tiers I can confirm that both were absolutely sensational and highly recommended!

Carrie created the most stunning wedding cake for us. As we didn't have too much left in our budget due to a sudden change, she really helped in keeping it to our budget, but still creating the most perfect cake for us, and the style we were after. We wanted something minimalistic, rustic and not over the top, and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. Carrie worked with our florist which meant we didn't have to think about anything, and most importantly, the cake tasted amazing! My partner also arranged with Carrie to bring out a surprise birthday cake, so thank you for that extra surprise!!

We were absolutely thrilled with Carrie's beautiful and deliciouschocolate kirsch wedding cake and cupcakes in 3 flavours.It was a spectacular centre piece in the wedding celebrations and was enjoyed by all the guests.It was an absolute joy working with Carrie from beginning of the order to the end delivery and set up on the day. She was patient helpful and accommodating to my numerous changes before settling on the final order.I couldn't recommend Caritas Cake Design highly enough.Thank you Carrie!

We hire Carrie to make our wedding cake back in October. Carrie was absolutely amazing through the whole process. We went over to her studio to talk through the design, discussing our theme, colours and everything else planned for the wedding which she then took to draw some designs for the cake while we were there.The end result looked just like her design, it was so pretty! It also tasted absolutely amazing!Carrie made the whole process super smooth and made our planning a lot calmer. Couldn't recommend higher!

Carrie made our wedding cake with pressed edible flowers. Her attention to detail was absolutely incredible, such a talented cake maker!! It was everything I had dreamed of and more, and turning up to our wedding venue and seeing our cake was one of my highlights. We had so many compliments, and it tasted delicious - even after sitting out in degree heat all day! Thank you so much!
