Kwik Fit - Banbury

Came to see Darren and the boys at Kwik Fit last week and received exemplary service. Had a tyre blow out on the motorway and within 15 minutes of arriving, they were fitting a replacement. Helped us out in an emergency as we had a three hour drive ahead of us. The guys were very understanding and helpful and went out of their way to have us back on the road as quickly as possible. Cannot thank them enough!

Had my car brake fluid changed,and my tyres had a health check at the same time.While I waited an elderly gentleman came in who needed one of his tyres inflating as it was low.Paul the manager arranged for it to he done there and then without charge which was a really nice thing to do for a pensioner.They were very busy as they take bookings online now which I didn't know till I checked their website.Well worth checking them out.

I was 5 hours from home and smashed the underside of my car on broken road, I thought I had caused a coolant leak. I rang these guys and they told me to come in.Within just a few mins of arriving they had my car fully checked out, fortunately nothing was wrong with it but they still took the time to explain exactly what had happened and taught me a few things about how it all worked. 10/10 customer service.Plus they didn't charge me a penny for their help, very much appreciated it.

SAVED US on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a road trip from Scotland to London!!!5 hours into a drive from Scotland, we got off at Banbury to get petrol and heard my Civic making an appalling grinding rattle. It sounded like my whole exhaust was trying to fall off! There were no repair shops open, pouring rain. A charming lady in the car park suggested Kwik Fit as they had a great local reputation for honesty. Despite their shop being fully booked and only an hour from closing time, they fit me in immediately to diagnose if it was safe to drive. Turns out it was the heat shield, they removed it on the spot (no charge!) so we could safely resume our trip and make it to our hotel, absolutely incredible company. Cannot thank them enough. Ten stars!

I did have to wait quite some time (2½ hours) to get my tyre replaced. Admitted, I was a drop-in, so I expected a bit of a delay. Once the cogs started turning, the process was slick, quick and professional.

Took car for free brake test on Monday. On collection advised all was in order but there was no written report available at the time. A thorough report has now been received by e-mail indication all is well. Thank you for a positive detailed report (with measurements) on brakes, brake system and tyre wear. Very reassuring to know everything is in good condition and no work required. Thank you.

I dropped into Kwik-Fit on Sat morning with an urgent request for help. After an accident on Friday meant one car was off the road, we needed urgent help to address some minor flood damage to the undertray on our only remaining car. The guys couldn't be more helpful and quickly got the car on the ramp and fixed the problem. Not part of their usual services but as they said, they like to help where they can". I like to support local businesses wherever possible and this is precisely why."

Excellent service and very kind. I came in after a garage up the road did an improper job and said nothing was wrong my car. Tony had a look at my car the minute I came in with no booking, and spotted the issue straight away. He very kindly fixed the problem for me free of charge, and it was done basically straight away. Would certainly come back and would like to thank you again for doing this for me, very generous and kind. Thank you

Friendly staff who are happy to help and explain if there’re are any issues with your car. They turned my car around quite quickly. They have a relatively limited range of services (for example, they won’t get into mechanical repairs).
