It's handy having a place where you get all different items. Was surprised I found a nice coat in here today. They cater for the bigger sizes which is really good. I love their household department. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I went in to the factory shop after two weeks of not leaving the house,, the woman who served me Caroline according to my till receipt never once said please it thank you as I paid , in fact barely acknowledged me, 3 times I said thank you , quite direct the second time to try and and get a response, I have my own shop so I know the importance of manners, I'm polite even to the most miserable people, I've used this shop before and there is NEVER a friendly air about it, BUT the shop is lovely and it's the staff that need to sort them selves out

Very nice man on the till.Lots of choice.CleanPlenty of free parking.Prices have definitely raised in here.Not sure anything was 70% of RRP

I've saved a fortune in this shop.It's hit and miss what they have, but you can get amazing bargains! purchased quite a few electrical items etc.The only problem is, as they have limited stock, If something doesn't work you end up having to get a refund as they've sold out.
