I was looking after my daughters dog while she was away and the dog was taken ill. The staff and vets at this practice were so helpful and fitted her in quickly and treated her. Can't thank them enough, totally recommend this Practice.

Came here after being with a previous vet for over 20 years. From start to finish I received excellent service for having my kitten spayed. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and efficient. The nurse was also friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend Vets4Pets and the cost was very reasonable. Everything was fully explained. I had to cancel my first appointment due to kitten going in heat and they couldnt have been more helpful. 5 star service. Thank you

Excellent vets. Fully equipped surgery. They take fantastic care of my little dog who has glaucoma. Unfortunately her right eye had to be removed but they are doing their best to save her left eye. Update 25/9/18 sadly Molly had to have her left eye removed. She has adapted well to being blind and is happy

Massive thank you today 09/04/23 to Dr Johan Kritzinger for seeing my poorly guinea pig (Morty) He was very thorough & extremely informative of guinea pigs needs. Having an exotic vet at the practice has really put my mind at ease, we couldn't have received any better care.Also big shout out to the girls at reception, they were really kind and happy to listen to my mad guinea pig obsessionExcellent service all round 5*thank you

We have visited numerous times with our three cats since this branch opened and are always very happy with the treatment given.Damon has seen our cats on multiple occasions and is very good with them. He is also very fair in letting you know which would be the most cost effective routes (unlike our old vet who insisted on always taking bloods for £600)We have always found the prices to be very fair compared to our previous practice and the staff all seem to genuinely love animals hereIt is lovely and modern too at this branch

So far we have had nothing but excellent service. The vets are always kind and considerate. Both our cats are 18 and have different health issues but although they dont like going they are fine once we are there. Most importantly the vets do call you when they say they will.

Long waits on 4 separate occasions (even when appointment has been booked). You also have to re-queue to pay after treatment with waits over 20m. I booked an appointment and was told it was not on the system so, having waited 30 mins with 2 small children, did not get seen. Sometimes feel the vet lacks empathy and minor treatments/drugs seem very expensive.Was with this vet for 4 years but have now moved.
