Helpful and professional staff. My only issue is the time management. Most of the time I get there I have to wait at least for a few minutes to be seen despite my scheduled time. It's not the reflation on staff just maybe extending each appointment by 5 minutes it would be easier to fit into the official booing times. Other than that, great service and atmosphere .

The staff are always super professional, work quickly and are very knowledgeable. From the reception staff who are very accommodating and friendly, to the beauticians - a great experience all around. Last but not least - the laser is much less painful compared to others. The cold air really helps!

I had two sessions with Maryna and she was fantastic!Throughout the entire process, she maintained a high level of attentiveness, answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. What I appreciated most was her conscientious approach.My experience at your facility has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks in no small part to her exceptional care.

I been there for the last year and i dont see a huge difference. When finally i find a nice staff was impossible to keep booking with her, getting random staff was the worst experience. unfortunately this is a waste of money, did before my first time in Ireland and was a huge difference. On top of this, i used all my sessions and i was keep going and i end up overpaying per session as no one told my 10 sessions are done. I will not recommend!!

Been coming here for a while and am always happy with the results. Staff put you at ease and are always friendly and helpful. Great service for great value, would definitely recommend.

The front desk counsellors are very unprofessional. Different staff have different things to say to deal with customers. A strong female in charge told me that the REVIEW for jawline injections should be within 4 weeks, but the last time I came for the injections, her colleague booked me for a REVIEW 5 weeks later, and when I asked for a delay in the REVIEW they said no because the REVIEW can't be more than 6 weeks. If you want to be fooled by them, choose here.

Ebonyi is lovely, but after 10 sessions on my face I see little to no difference in the amount of hair I have and I have pigmentation on my face due to the laser. For me it’s not been worth it and a bit of a waste of money

I have done my laser hair removal treatment with Thérapie Clinic at Westfield shopping centre, it’s my second session and I could already notice such an improvement in the growth of my hair. There are parts that I don’t have nearly hair, I know that every body is different, but that’s how amazing It functions the treatment on me. Indeed, my therapist is Marina she is lovely and makes every session very smooth and cosy.I really recommend this clinic, I am thinking of doing more treatments with them ❤️

From the consultation to the treatment it’s self, everything was fantastic. The whole team were amazing !!!As some one who’s VERY nervous when getting their treatments done, Dr. Farah is incredible. The softest touch and so quick !!! Will definitely be back again ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Disaster! They sent me home and didn’t do a laser session!So the thing is, I decided to change my laser clinic after six sessions. The first try was at Thérapie clinic. The first session went well and I decided to buy a set of three sessions. When I came next time, a girl who supposed to do a session asked me about medicine I’m taking, then she asked me to put my clothes off and left. I waited 10 minutes!! Then she came and said they wouldn’t do any sessions as I’m taking a medicine and they need to consult with Medical Assessment. FYI I’m taking it for 6 years and it never was a problem for laser clinics. Coming back to the story — more than two weeks have passed and there is no answer from Medical Assessment. I asked manager in WhatsApp chat about the refund and get ignorance in the answer. WOW!
