Easy access. Spaces quite wide. Good distance to railway station, theatre, museum and town centre.

Convenient for town centre but moreso for Chesterfield College, the magistrate court or winding wheel. On a slight incline - probably not suitable for the disabled or those with limited mobility wanting to get into town centre. Always seems to be spaces - I park there to get to Uni.
