My first experience in May was very good hence I returned today. The beautician who did the facial was excellent.However when another beautician began my much needed back and foot massage it didn't feel right, ie she kept pausing and without the much needed therapeutic pressure, so I peeped from under my eye mask to discover she had been napping. I woke her twice but then told her we were done.I told the owner and she gave me a substantial reduction, but I'm not sure I will return, which is a shame because it was so conveniently close to home.

This place is honestly a hidden gem in South Wimbledon! As soon as you step through the door, you feel instantly relaxed! I have had numerous treatments here from waxing, massages and pedicures! Every treatment is just divine and the girls who work there are so kind and caring. Their opening hours are amazing with lots of evening appointments. You have to visit this place- you will not regret it!

Olena was very professional and sweet, she really did an amazing job with my nails and I absolutely love them. She was very talkative and also a little worried if I would be happy with the end result but she absolutely did her best and made my day

What a wonderful experience. The salon is lovely, very clean, modern and calming. The staff are amazing, very easy to book, very welcoming, great email comms, everything is explained. I had a Thai combination massage and drifted off in total relaxation after having all the knots in my shoulders removed. Bernice is amazing!!

I'm on holiday in the area and needed a leg wax. I went online and found Izba Spa. Online booking option, even last minute, was very convenient. Rani was not only super professional but extremely pleasant and friendly, too. If l lived here, this would be my regular salon for beauty treatments!

Incredible place. I go regularly for a Swedish massage, it is the best massage I've had. It is extremely clean and hygienic, well trained staff and very professional. They have candles and it smells incredible in the whole place, you feel calm and relaxed as soon as you go there. It is very cheap for the extremely high quality and standard ls. £50 for an hour. The music is relaxing, the scents and everything. I have Autism and I get very nervous about where I go for massages but Izba Spa is my very favourite place for massage and is comfortable and lovely.Absolutely incredible as always. So relaxing and talented and experienced. The staff are truly wonderful and highly talented. The spa is extremely clean, a relaxing and professional environment and makes me feel safe and confident to go there. The music and ambience is very relaxing, high quality towels and products used from what I can tell. Best spa I've been to hands down and very reasonably priced for the high quality you get. I always recommend this spa..best massage in London.

Love getting my eyebrows and wax done by Rani. She’s respectful, polite, quick, and meticulous. Hard to find someone to trust with your eyebrows but I’m pleased with my eyebrow threading and wax treatments. Also, her customer service is excellent and she resolves any issues promptly

I had a bikini wax with Alma and she was fantastic! She made me feel so relaxed and calm. Her technique made sure that the wax was as pain free as possible. She took the time to ensure the best care and attention to detail so I left with perfect results. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this place. I've been here on last Saturday for a facial and a foot massage. It was really a pleasant service. The place is clean, quiet, and great. I would visit the place again. Kudos Rani and Anne!
