Called them for an emergency job for a very important and well known client of ours and they advised they could attend in 1-2 hours and strictly advised us against cancelling. They then called back and cancelled the job. We found a temporary solution and asked them to attend the following day. They never turned up and didn't let us know. I called them, and despite my better judgement asked them to attend the following day. They said they would and would call back with a confirmed time to satisfy me. I had to chase them an hour and a half later and they advised that they won't be attending and we should go elsewhere.......GOBSMACKED

Excellent service. Despite all the difficulties the locksmith got the door open and then fitted a temporary handle so I could get it open and shut. He went above and beyond to help me.

Great service from the Locksmith however let down by curt telephonist and the fact I have been waiting for 2 weeks for an invoice. Would go direct to Locksmith next time and not through a third party - Keytek

Do not use this company! I was told they would open the door then discuss options and agree a price before anything else happened. The engine fitted a new lock without discussion then keytek wouldn’t negotiate a price when I said the bill was to much and got very aggressive over the phone and would not take anything I said onboard! Do not use this company!!
