I've been trying to get my Ekorne stressless chair fixed for ages after a weld fail. Tried riflo on the off chance, couldn't have been more helpful. He did the job in 10 mins while I waited, refused to take any payment so I had to leave him a tenner for an emergency beer. Great to see some great, helpful customer service alive and well in Lincolnshire.
