First time using them and thoroughly impressed with the service.Always answered the phone, kept me updated with work progress and any issues. When they encountered an unforeseen issue they called me, checked they could continue with work and warned me of cost expectations. Even with this they managed to get it all done the same day and save me money where possible. They supplied me with photos to show the issues they found .All staff were friendly and continued with the job that they could have refused to do because of the situation the previous owner left it in.Cost was fair, full breakdown on parts / man hours was nice.Will definitely use them again.
