Wow what an experience. Loved it and felt very at ease

Vicki is a wonderful therapist, kind, caring and very knowledgeable; she put me at ease from the moment I arrived for my first appointment. Her treatment room is beautifully decorated, and the heated blanket on the bed is instantly soothing. I always leave feeling like I'm walking on air :)

Booked two treatments with the Lavendar Room for during our holiday. After she moved the appointments numerous times, she then messaged again to say she needed to move us again as her 'regular' wanted that time instead, shameful. When we said we would just give up on the whole idea of it due to her keep messing us around she suddenly had availability again. It came to the morning of the treatments and once again she dropped us and cancelled both treatments to fit in her 'regular' again.Now we have got ready and not planned anything for today. One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever known. Avoid!
