Really good service from these guys, good communication and lovely staff. Had an issue with some damage on a couple of boxes during transit and they offered a solution to the issue immediately, they were so nice. I would recommend them highly, am happy I bought from them.

Back order of laminate flooring, checked I knew there was a wait, gave me ETA, came in early and shipped straight out. Great flooring (antique cobalt blue) that was easy to fit. Water resistant and excellent quality for the price. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Went today to collect our wood flooring and have to say, customer service was great and quick (believe it was Conor who served us) and the quality of the products is amazing.Been planning to refloor the house for some time and within minutes we had the floor picked, priced up and ordered. With it being delivered within days.I would recommend to anyone in Bangor or the greater down area. Check out wood floor warehouse first for the best value flooring.

Really easy to order online. I phoned them to check in about the deliver, and the lady checked my order, and confirmed it will be delivered in the right timescales. All got delivered very quickly. Only thing is you need to take it off the pallet yourself, but they tell you that online.

Best prices anywhere for laminate, very helpful and friendly. I had a box left over and had lost my receipt, they found my order in the system and refunded it with no hassle whatsoever. Have used them before and will use them again.

This is a simple note to say, beware if using Woodfloor Warehouse fitters. Whilst they state that their fitters are a separate entity and are self employed - Woodfloor Warehouse quote and arrange for their fitters to do the job. We were not given a choice of fitter - in so much as we asked could Woodfloor Warehouse recommend someone. The salesperson proceeded to pull up a diary and book us a slot with one of their recommended fitters. There are many twists and turns to our saga with this floor, but I think the attached sample of pictures say all that is needed - unfortunately, there are many more. Beware!Despite making the salesperson aware, and e-mailing for their MD's attention, no response was forthcoming. We're now £4,308 into a floor that started out with an invoice of £2,658 + fitting circa £800.To be clear, I can't fault the quality of the floor supplied, but Woodfloor Warehouse would do well to review who they recommend and supply to customers.

We absolutely love this floor. Definitely best value, and so unique! We saw, we paid for, and we drove away with it in the car! Everyone who comes into the house comments how much they think it’s just us! The staff are incredibly friendly, and switched on; they reminded me about the radiator pipe covers as I didn’t even think about that! Floor fitted together beautifully.

A very warm and welcoming customer service who will go the extra mile to provide you with all your required needs. I have a close relationship with the owner, Darren, who always seems to be on hand to sort any situation out with no fuss at all. They have produced a great quality of product on my multiple occasions purchasing and at a very reasonable price too. I have recommended their services to many people and will continue to do so in the future.

I bought some wood from these guys and was informed I would have 30 days to bring the wood back if I didn’t need it. Turns out I can’t fit the wood on my floor to to sub floor issues. I rang them and asked to bring the wood back which again I was told was fine. When I arrived at the store I was told I couldn’t have a refund it was store policy. I had to argue with them as I didn’t need the £300 worth of wood as it was useless to me. Eventually they agreed and charged me 15% to return the wood so I paid them £48 for wood I never used. This wood was a stocked item and did not need toBe ordered. All in all a poor experience and doubt I will use them for future purchases and def won’t be recommending them.
