We have just bought our first car in the UK at VW Direct. After long search in the London area I started to look for cars further away in the country. I found a brilliant example at VW Direct and made a good deal with Dave the owner. He and his family are really kind people. It was a pelasuere to set the deal with them. Hope to get back one day for another car.

Put a deposit down on a nearly new Kia Ceed here on Easter Sunday. The owner kindly opened up especially so we could test drive it, and he was very refreshing to deal with in terms of a no-pressure, zero-schmooze approach! Great to support a local dealer and it's a fantastic purchase that I have no doubts about at all. Would highly recommend.

We had a VW Polo to sell as we are emigrating. We were offered a very fair price a couple of months before leaving and Dave Sanders was true to his word when the car was finally sold a few days before leaving. This is a very professional, friendly and honest family business. If only all car dealers were like this!

Very impressed! Thank you Morgan and Dave! I couldn't fault the service at VW Direct. A superb family run business with some lovely good quality Golfs for sale at very reasonable prices compared to the main dealerships. And as Dave has bought all the cars himself, he knows the history of every car on his forecourt. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - it's a shame there aren't more businesses around like this one!

I knew nothing about VWDirect until I went to look at a Golf a few weeks ago. They were so friendly and helpful and not patronising or 'pushy' at all. I felt comfortable with them and being an elderly lady on my own, I had run the gauntlet of 'hardsell garage salesmen' and was very wary indeed! However, I needn't have worried and, of course, I bought the car and so far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I would certainly go back again. Thank you VWDirect!

A dream of a dealer! We bought a Skoda Yeti 4x4 from them and the whole experience was completely the opposite to some of the awful dealers I'd viewed other cars at. Honest, friendly and super helpful - they even collected me from the train station on the day of collection. I can't recommend Dave, Helen and the team enough - definitely worth travelling from Northumberland for! Thank you!

I brought my first golf from here and it was in excellent condition and the staff were absolutely brilliant and friendly people. I would definitely come back for my next car. I would recommend this garage to any one who's looking to buy a Volkswagen.
