Devidas provided a very efficient service, he was very polite and responsive. He was understanding and was able to deliver a quality service under difficult circumstances and extremely tight timelines. This is our second time using City Copy centre and I would highly recommend. We will continue to use them in the future.

I got all of my documents printed out in a few minutes for really really reasonable prices, without emailing them in advance! I visited there to print 30-40 pages today, two kind gentlemen pointed a seat to sit and relax, i sent the documents via email, and then all i needed to wait for them. Unlike copy centres in central london, they were so calm, quick, and kind. Additionally, prices were so reasonable. Trustful, quick, and efficient. Definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommended!!!!!

I went with this company as I thought they were really nice people and it was hard to find a place with an a2 printer. The prices seemed reasonable to begin with. I wanted them to create a diary with the scans that I had paid for. During the printing process they sent me the a2 files cut off so i had to request they scan them again and resend, and so they did. When sending the files back, they made a mistake with naming the files and so they originally sent me the wrong thing and they sent via weetransfer which has a time limit and I lost the files after a couple of days when they emailed everything back so I had to request that they sent it AGAIN. Originally, they said they would be able to add the bleed space on their end, but then mid way during the process, they said that I would have to do it myself. I did that and sent the files back, but this was through weetransfer and they did not download it in time so i had to send them again via other means. They eventually did download it and they used these files. They told me the diary would be ready by such and such date. It got to that date and I called them. They told me there would be delays as it wasn't being printed well on the page. So I waiting and then it was ready for collection. I arrived and the pages had a white boarder around every page. This was not something I asked for nor did they inform me ahead of time. They said it was because they didn't want to risk loosing any of my art works which I understand, but I was not informed of this and it has strunk the pages to even smaller than a5. The lined pages within the book were also very faded so weren't as black as I would have liked. Also, they said the binding wire would be black but they gave me it in silver. Again, not what I was expecting. I will use this diary for myself as a prototype. Not something I would sell to customers which I was thinking of doing via my etsy shop.So all in all. Very expensive prices for a whole lot of disorganisation and a product that had additives that I did not expect.
