AVOID. The most appalling service I have ever used. After reading most of the reviews on here, I completely agree ! They are ambulance chances. I was in a major roadside accident nearly 3 years ago!!! They somehow got my information and contacted ME, yet to this day I have not received any hope or compensation . I find myself chasing this company biweekly for updates and their false promises to call me back is becoming boring. Nothing but a laughing stock. I have even said I would proceed to court hoping this would speed things up - of course, it hasn't. Hopeless. I wish I never got involved with them. Given the severity of my car accident, I am perplexed . Shame on you. AVOID

They're ambulance chasers.They somehow got hold of my contact details following a road traffic accident. Their Aftercare Team" (who are call handlers for Baker Hardman) then gave me the impression that they're above board in their business practises when they contacted me. They then got as much information about me and the other driver involved in the accident as they could. They then tried to encourage me to state that I'm experiencing injuries following the accident and that I would probably receive compensation between £1

Avoid like the plague! They have an accident management company" called Motor Assist UK stating that they work on behalf of the insurer and there is a payment for insured losses due to you between £1500-£2500. This payment has been set aside from the third party due to having a fully comp policy for your insurance. Once you have been passed over to the solicitors

I would like to leave a scathing 0* review for the utterly incompetent Baker Hardmans Solicitors firm. I engaged their services to handle my car accident claim, and what a mistake that was!Despite the third party taking immediate liability, the service I received from this firm was simply heinous. I chose them based on a friend’s recommendation, and boy do I regret it now.The communication was so appallingly bad that I had to constantly chase my supposedly experienced solicitor for updates. To make things worse, I have STILL not received my compensation. When I demanded to speak to the manager to escalate my concerns, the shameful excuse of a human being actually laughed at me over the phone. It seems that the entire company is run by a bunch of jokers who lack even basic professionalism.I was finally offered an apology when I threatened to write this 0* review, but it was far too little, far too late. As for my utterly unhelpful solicitor, Christine Chiu, she was completely oblivious to my concerns about the shoddy level of customer service. ''I cannot stress enough how strongly I would advise anyone against using this firm. Their utter lack of care and respect for clients is disgusting.I have completely lost faith in ever receiving the compensation I am owed. It is crystal clear that this firm is completely incompetent and does not deserve anyone's patronage. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration - look elsewhere for a reliable solicitor.

I choose the Preston branch by chance as I was looking for a lawyer short notice, expecting the worst due to time and luck , I found a gem , the lawyer that took my case with a weeks notice proved me wrong, presenting me if many options , with a barrister to match Needless to say the result was even better than what I expected. i have signed document with Baker Hardman solicitor for my injury it was on December 2022 still didn't get anything from them

I became their client on march 2022, on September I had an email from them, stating the case is still under review and since then , they did not contact me anymore, I recently found out they closed my case as they think my case is not strong enough. poor communication, Everytime I phoned them to get a copy of file, their workers are not helping me at all, I do not know what to do with this suitaion , I became injured as a result of my accident , was not able to go to work and they treat me like this ? Are you guys there to support your client or only care about your pocket.

I've had terrible experience with those solicitors, right after incident I've received phone call that defendant is willing to pay compensation and that within 8-12 weeks it should all be complete, however by the end of that period I've received an ugly letter blaming me for lack of communication and that they cease to deal with my claim, after a phone call to them I've heard that there is a lack of evidence and no damage to motorcycle, however I've got CCTV footage, pictures and 2 witnesses. This wasn't enough and they didn't even admit defeat just send nasty letter and abandoned the case without further explanation or even contact. Very disappointed
