Oldham Civic Centre Car Park
Oldham is somewhere you only visit when absolutely necessary. Over zealous parking enforcement and a lack of commercial sense by the council have ruined what use to be good shopping and a nice day out. I can't say it's any worse than most towns these days but no longer a venue to be enjoyed.

Free parking at weekends only. Rochdale is free all week at most council car parks for 3 hours.

Make sure you park your car properly and tuck in mirrors if you can to prevent damage. Free parking on the weekends which is a massive plus. Always packed out. You could find yourself driving in circles for a parking spot.

It's a council car park, single level, well laid out but relatively small spaces. Pay and Display. Perfect for the Civic Centre.

Free parking at weekends and reasonable compared to Council carparks, recently new pay machines installed which take credit cards.
