This store used to be fantastic, however of late the staff seem disinterested & no longer feels the friendly place to shop for my pet needs! Prices have also jumped up considerably! It's a shame but it's now no longer my go-to pet supplies store!

Go here monthly for 2 reasons. 1 the dog food price is better then elsewhere in the area, and secondly the customer service is brilliant if you have a question then ask as they are a group of people who you can actually have a laugh and giggle with while buying stuff and more then happy to give you information on a specific product when needed

Good choices, prices are ok but some are too expensive. Not very knowledgeable on dog harnesses, I had dog sizes needed but they didn't have what's needed. I said I couldn't bring the dog in as she's a very nervous dog in public. But they kept saying bring her in.

Best pet shop in the area by far! Easily accessible from A19 or Stockton, plenty of parking with disabled bays right near the door. The shop itself is very clean and inviting, the staff are nothing short of amazing, so polite and willing to answer any questions you have. Pricing is pretty good too with a really good variety of stock for most animals. This is one of the very few places in that area I would highly recommend
