We've done three or four terms of Sing and Sign in Cottenham with Lisa both Stage 1 and 2. We've loved it! It really helped my daughter and I communicate before using words. Lisa is fantastic and I highly recommend these classes. Thank you :)

I come to Sing and Sign with an 18 month old. She loves it and is really starting to use certain signs such as: Taking it in turns/please/where is. The taking in turns sign is very helpful as we use it with her big brother and he does it too. She loves Jessie cat and always signs and says 'where's jessie'. We have just printed a photo of her with Jessie so she doesn't miss her too much over the summer. I believe it helps with communication; therfore hopefully stopping some frustration/tantrums. Her latest sign is 'fish' when we go and feed them at the garden centre.

Genuinely life-changing classes! I've done Sing & Sign with my daughter since she was 7 months old. Now she's 20 months and I can't imagine not signing with her. It's how she tells me what she wants, and it's how we play and talk together. Even now she's starting to talk more it's so useful that she can sign words she's less confident with to make sure I understand her.

I cannot speak more highly of sing and sign. It is a fantastic weekly class for babies and toddlers - we have attended from 8 months until 22 months and it has taught us (me and my baby) so much - not just how to sign (and improved our singing) but how to take turns, how to focus on activities, put things away, and more recently the phonics alphabet, and introducing the potty in a very gentle (but in my case very effective) way. At its heart it's about communication but after a while you realise the impact is so much more. I've attended classes led by both Katherine and Jen, and they've both been amazing.

Katherine is great! The classes are fantastic, they have helped me to understand how my baby learns to communicate, which has been hugely beneficial. I've learnt a lot of signs and my 6 month old baby has started signing too!

My little guy and I have been going to Sing and Sign with Kathrine for over a year. He absolutely loves the classes! It is our favorite toddler activity of the week.Learning to sign has been amazing for our communication and has resulted in far fewer frustrations for him. He started signing long before he spoke and it was very helpful for him to be able to express what he wants.

My daughter and I have been attending S&S classes for two terms now and it’s been brilliant. It was a great way to get out of the house, meet local mums and babies, and learn about sign language and early communication. Katharine was a wonderful instructor. I would highly recommend this class.

We have attended sing and sign Cambridge (specifically Stapleford with Terri) since my son was 10 weeks old. He loves Jessie cat and has been signing more and more since he was 8 months old. We have loved the classes and the structure and continuity of the same lovely teacher. We sing along in the car and at home in the bath. I cant recommend it enough for strengthening bonds and communication with your baby. My son is 20 months old now (doing 40 signs!!) and about to do his last face to face stage 2 term and we will miss the classes but have lifelong signs to use.

Katherine’s sessions are fantastic. My little girl seems to love them. Loves the songs and Jessie Cat of course. She seems very comfortable which enables her to feel free to join in and explore. Katherine provides a space that is fun, open and easy to learn the signs so we can use them with our little ones. By the end of one term I can see that she is starting to take it in, react and even possibly do a sign herself.
