Altogether Care - Care at Home, Live in Care Specialists

These carers have been looking after my MIL, sadly recently passed away. The team have been brilliant, they have never let us down. Caring, supportive and always quick to respond to any queries. If I ever have a need for carers in the future, they will absolutely be my first port of call. I'm eternally grateful for their support and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Altogether Care are currently looking after my mother. I cannot fault the care and kindness that the staff show towards my mother and myself. The office team are extremely helpful and have been very flexible and helpful when we've had to request earlier visits for hospital appointments. Even during the covid pandemic Altogether care have managed to ensure my mothers needs have been met. We are so grateful to have them at this challenging time.

The carers that I had in my home were lovely. however the communication from the office staff is very poor.Had 2 no shows when you phone the office up they never phone you back the office kept changing the timetable without telling you ie 07.55 am was on the timetable 11.30am the care turned up no phone call from the office to let you know that they are running late, arrangements had to be cancelled.The administration is poor no Communication between office and client and when you try speaking to the office they will say we tried to phone you which is fabrication as it would be logged on my phone that they called you on ?The care is great When it turns up would I recommend this company yes and no yes for the career and no for the poor admin from the office

Great company to work for. Great management and office staff are all really friendly and very supportive.Clients are all wonderful to visit and provide care for. Flexible working hours to suit you and your lifestyle.I myself worked in Poole and now Southampton for the last two years. They are supporting myself in training and progression. Been offered a chance to work towards my nvq 3 in health and social care.A much loved company and job.Recommend anyone who needs family members in need of support or if you want to try a role in care then please pop into the Southampton office in Shirley.

Altogether Care is such a good company to work for… I would highly recommend working here… its more than just a job it’s career with amazing opportunities. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble when you need help. The office staff are amazing, always so helpful and friendly.
