Hands down the best car hire company I have ever used. They have simplified the process and provide the best kind of no-nonsense service that you could hope for. Why don't other hire companies operate like this? The big companies seem to assume you are trying to rip them off somehow - Bayfields just seem to trust their customers and provided great cars, great prices and super efficient service. Thanks.

Great service, would highly recommend. Phil and Ed go above and beyond to assist making the hiring experience stress and hassle free. I recently hired a van.. life got in the way and was unable to return it as agreed. Ed and Phil were very forgiving and didn't add to the stress. My apologies to Bayfield and the customer that was unable to receive their service. Keep up the great work guys...

Amazing! Easy and quick. Literally saved us after being let down by removal company.. Sorted van in very short notice, collection and drop off easiest we ever had. Polite staff too. Highly recommended

Great service. Rented when they were Jolly Good Van Hire. Rented last month as newer company name. Still same great service. Van was clean, well presented and easy to book out. Great communication and friendly staff. Recommend will rent again. Great prices, good to support smaller firms.
