Prompt service, timely communication, respectful staff -what more could you ask for! Can't speak more highly of a florist. I placed the order from Australia for my uncle's funeral service. After contacting the florist and discussing our needs - he ensured that the standing spray flowers arrived 20minutes before the cortege arrived. He was very prompt in replying to messages especially after I had issues with accessing my PayPal account from my end -he organised an alternate method of payment. Such a great experience during a stressful time when we couldn't attend the funeral in person. Thanks again Funeral Flowers London - my family loved the flower arrangement :)

I can't recommend funeralflowerslondon enough. We asked for a bespoke wreath for my mother-in-laws funeral and were extremely happy with how it turned out. They kept me up to date to let me know the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. Junior who I spoke to was extremely helpful and I would definitely choose to use them again. I ordered the flowers from the website, and wasn't sure how they were going to turn out. The purchase of flowers for a loved one (who is sadly no longer with us) was made very easy via the website, although I actually also rang a bespoke order through to, for the personal touch.I have to say that I was not disappointed.We talked over the bespoke order and the order i had placed via the website, both of which were to be delivered to the funeral home.
