Dreadful, broke our fireplace surround and wouldn't replace it.

Had very good service. Honoured pre covid estimate. Helped me get a bespoke fireplace at a normal cost. Work was done on time, very cleanly and the result is gorgeous.

Really disappointing with the lack of service and response to getting a quote. This used to be a good place to buy stoves however recently they have new management and they have obviously gone down rapidly since.In response to the owners reply, yes and they requested that I sent photos via email. This was done, followed by a phone call. When speaking on the phone they didn't seem interested and never responded to the photos i sent.In the end I used a different installer within Seaford.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication and honest advice from Phil. A superb selection of surrounds, hearths and stoves to choose from. We went for a limestone surround, farmhouse hearth and wood burner made by Capital. The existing fireplace had been bricked up so needed to be opened and made bigger which was all done as part of the job. All the works carried out by the team were done to a high standard. Looks and functions fantastically well. We look forward to using it in the winter. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
