The worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, they can talk the talk, and are full of promises but when things start to go wrong they will not show their face. I can not put into words how bad my experience was!! We are still paying people to put right the work they did

We went in today and the owner was with another couple so we walked around had a look at the showroom and then waited to get acknowledged he walked straight passed us and did not say a word...rude absolutely disgusting behaviour..so we walked out!

I have recently had my kitchen fitted with superior design and I could not recommend them highly enough. From first entering the shop, I was listened to and offered friendly and helpful advice. After having a few more quotes, I felt more confident using superior design than any of the others. During the installation, the fitters were clean, helpful and sorted out any queries I had straight away

Terrible terrible service, wont return calls, wont email you back saying it maybe in your 'spam folder' as a cop out for not replying, its never in the spam folder as they dont respond. Visits to the shop to be palmed off that they will contact when they dont.Id avoid them if i was you, as they dont appear interested

We used this local company to fit our main bedroom furniture. I could not fault the service at all from the first enquiry to the guys on the desk to the fitter who did excellent work, was polite and cleaned up after himself.The work was too a high standard and I would have no problem recommending this company to family and friends as it was refreshing to have honest and reliable workmanship.

Well set out displays of kitchens and bathrooms and friendly, helpful owners. There were a large number of cards on the wall from satisfied customers that were saying thank you for a job well done, from the planning to the standard of work carried out by the tradesmen contracted to them.

We hired Martin and his team to refurbish our en suite and bedroom back in May. After getting a few quotes, we were impressed with Martin's attention to detail and his help when he came round to view the job. We felt he really listened and helped us to design the en suite to maximise the space, while keeping it within a reasonable budget (the quote was very competitive). The workmanship of his team was very high standard and the aftercare has been great; the few snags that we found at the end of the job were resolved very quickly. The payment schedule and invoicing was all very professional and communication throughout the work was excellent. We would definitely recommend Superior Design!

Superior Design fitted my kitchen over a year ago. Ive had no problems and everyone comments on its quality and wow factor. The fitter was a true craftsman. 5 stars most recommended. Julian Wilson.
