Whenever I go to this warehouse for beauty products I get followed around by a girl with glasses called Amy. It’s happened on 3 occasions now and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Whilst I’m looking at products she will come and stand right next to me pretending to tidy the same shelf. Once I go to purchase my products there is no “hello” or anything, she just scans my items and asks for my warehouse card. I don’t think I will be returning again.

Expected it to be busy but it was ok? They are restricting gloves yo one box per customer and only had 4 boxes on the shelves. I had to purchase a box of small latex gloves which I dont normally like.

Today I went in for advise got greeted with a friendly welcoming face. I then asked for some advise on colour correction which I thoughtful was 100% the best customer service I have received in a long time I felt like she went above and beyond thank you so much I didn't catch her name she was new and had long brown hair with a blonde balayage. Really wanted to write this as it really deserved x

Very poor service from the staff totally ruined our experience I don’t recommend anyone to come here as the staff are very rude and impatient and treat costumers offensively
