I have used this company for 2 years and haven’t had a single issue but my most recent experience with them has been awful.My order took a lot longer than usual to arrive and when it did finally arrive I had been sent hot pink bags instead of white. The customer service whilst trying to resolve this issues has been ridiculous. I’ve repeatedly had to send emails chasing up an answer. It has now been over 3 weeks and I am still without the product I ordered and without a refund or replacement.
