I registered with CMA as I'd had a positive experience almost ten years previously and was happy to find that they still employ professional and dedicated recruitment consultants who actually listen to your expectations and requirements.Both Danielle and Alex were responsive, positive and patient which resulted in me finding an opportunity that fitted my requirements perfectly.I would have no hesitation in recommending CMA Southampton to anyone interested in, or furthering, a career in Finance.

CMA were brilliant with me from start to finish. Very efficient and kept me up to date throughout the whole process albeit a short one. I decided that I needed a new challenge in my accountancy career so I reached out to Jack who promptly took my details and before I knew it we were having a zoom meeting to discuss my options. A week from this I had already had one interview and had another lined up before I got the call less than 24 hours from the interview with the news I had been offered the job. I joined CMA Southampton last Wednesday and applied for a job. Alex James was incredibly helpful and got me an interview on the Friday. She arranged everything and even managed to organise a remote interview at short notice due to my family commitments. I even got offered the job by Monday. Shortest process I have ever gone through.
