Love this b and m, but my only complaint is there seems to be no flow to where items are kept, I find myself going back and fourth trying to locate items. Also the trolleys for some reason cause static shocks each time you touch them and my children's refuse to sit in them as they get them constantly, they need to change the trolleys!

Always busy in B&M, something for everyone. Great for home wares and cleaning products that are far cheaper than other stores. Only down side is that the Wigan store was cold and the queues at the tills.

Only a few tills but not often that busy. When it is though, you could be cueing. You do get served relatively quickly however. Always well stocked, very clean and spacious store with helpful staff
