TUI Holiday Store

Went into the queensgate store to enquire about a cruise for our wedding anniversary. Sheena was extremely helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back in to book our dream holiday soon.

My partner and I went in to the TUI Peterborough queensgate store in February wanting to booking a package holiday, we spoke to Jess the agent and told her everything we wanted as a package holiday. Jess listened to everything we wanted and found us hotel in Majorca which we were looking forward too. On the day we were due to fly out we was unsure of what to expect as we hadn’t done a package all in holiday before so was a little nervous of what it would be like and what the hotel was like.I can honestly say it was amazing holiday and couldn’t of picked a better place to stay myself Jess got everything we wanted all in one. We had such an amazing holiday we are rebooking for next year and I will not be booking my holidays with anyone else apart from TUI as we were well looked after by Jess. 5/5 stars for the customers service she gave us.100% recommend to friends and family to book with to get the best deals and service.

Our first time booking in a store and what ca I say, I will never book online again, they offered me so much more in-store with an amazing personal service. The girls worked as a team to ensure we found us the perfect holiday. Jess W made the process so much less stressful and hassle-free.

The whole team at this store are fab! Smiles all around. I went in with no clue of what to do but Gemma put my mind at ease and took her time to make sure I had the perfect holiday and answered any queries I had. I’m so looking forward to my Spain holiday and I’ll definitely be coming back to book my next!

as i walked in the store i was greeted by a lovely lady called sheena. i booked a holiday for my family to turkey and had amazing help from them all. she was very informative had the answers to all the questions i needed answering. it was a last minute holiday and was able print off boarding passes in store

Walked into the store and was greeted very quickly by a lovely lady called Hannah. She was really informative and answered any questions I had efficiently. We ended up booking our honeymoon and a couple of excursions too! We can't wait to go. Thanks for all your help Hannah. We can't wait to come back and book our family holiday!!

We booked our holiday with queensgate tui we were a bit dubious as we have had bad experiences with other travel companies. But we had a fabulous holiday and nothing was ever to much trouble with our great rep.. so thankyou to sheena Binder. Look forward to visiting u next year for our next hols. Thankyou.

Whoop Whoop Queensgate Tui storeWelcoming, friendly team, from the moment I walked in to the store. After myself explaining what I wanted to get out a trip to America and making sense of my plan. Philippa pulled out all the stops to make it happen for me. Taking the time to get everything planned into the right order, reviewing with me all the way with support from her colleagues.My Trip with my Brother was planned :)San Francisco, Las Vegas, Tombstone Arizona, Dallas & Fort Worth. All the main flights, internal flights and car hire taken care of along with the hotels.The extra mile Philippa went, was to put the itinerary into different coloured stages of the tour on to a document so I could upload to my phone. She totally understood and got me when I said I am dyslexic and needed something easy on my eyes to follow.Thank you :)

Massive thank you to Sheena. I had no idea what I was coming in for as we have always booked holidays independently. She was very friendly and knowledgable and I’ve left with everything I needed. Definitely will be returning and would recommend to anyone else looking to book a holiday. It’s a 5 from me!
