Brilliant customer service when the delivery went wrong (no fault of theirs) Hayden’s prop shop actually drove across the UK to deliver my props to me personally. Amazing to meet the team in person. Also I always have my balloon stock sent out so quickly!Friendly and reliable wholesalers, who get to know you on a personal level one of my go to suppliers now!

So glad i found this place, its so quick and easy to order from and another bonus is its local, i used to drive over 30 mins to a wholesalers but have started using haydens for all my balloons and props. Ive recently ordered a sailboard and balloons for my set up and even with short notice they were able to help me and get my order ready even earlier than expected, they are in contact as soon as they recieve your order and constantly check in with you which makes the process so easy! Deffonatly reccomend and my go to place for everything balloon related. Thankyou xxx

I love ordering props from Caitlin & Dave. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always amazing. They have brought so many of our ideas to life. Hayden's is the best, the staff are very welcoming and helpful they go beyond to make sure you get your delivery on time for your event. they are also helpful if your a beginner and not sure about balloons colours if you ever stick and need help with balloons they staff are always a msg away to help. I was refer by a friend to shop with hayden's and I will be continuing to buy all my balloons for my events here. I highly recommend you do the same and shop with hayden's pop and prop

This was my first prop order and I was more than impressed. Ordering was super easy and Caitlin went above and beyond to assist me in this process. Unfortunately the courier cancelled on them and as they were worried about my order not arriving for the date I needed it by they drove all the way from Manchester to me in Surrey to hand deliver it!!My items were outstanding quality and absolutely stunning.These guys really go the extra mile and provide outstanding product too!I can’t wait for my next order, thank you so much Caitlin, Dave and the rest of the team xx
