Twinkle Tips Nails - Elm Park

This was our first time at Twinkle Tips, it was the best experiance we have ever had at a nails salon, we will definitely go back and we will definitely recommend them.

Great nail salon! Clean, through, friendly and creative. I have been to many salon salon and this is by far the best. I've been coming a good year or so now. They offer sounds advice and there's always a good atmosphere.

Very good service, nice and clean salon slightly rushed but did not affect the quality. Got acrylic nails and toes done for £54, slightly overpriced but happy with the end results

I absolutely love this nail bar. My daughter and I have been going since just after it opened, and I’ve never had a bad set. The staff listen to what you would like and also offer suggestions based on the shape of your hands and fingers. I travel from Grays to visit Tina and Lee.

Nails were done well but I absolutely DETEST dishonesty and over charging businesses. Pictured is my gel extension and gel finish. I was told to have a design would cost £43 so I decided to do a normal French finish expecting total £38 which is more than my normal salon that was booked up so I thought to visit Twinkle Tips. I didnt have cash so I took extra money out the cash machine to tip the nail technician as overall happy with the quality and had plans to book another appointment in 2- 3 weeks as quality pays. Upon returning my personal belongings were moved without my permission for another customer (left as good will gesture when I went to withdraw cash). I was then told to pay £43, when I asked why I was informed this is the fee for gel finish and gel extension. I asked my friend to call and ask for price and they confirmed service price is £38. I was definitely over charged today, French finish is NOT art and standard nail finish which other salons don't charge extra for.

This was my first time at this salon and it was easily booked for the next morning. I loved my unicorn gel nails and everybody complimented me on them. The gel also stayed on for a month which hasn't happened in the past. I only removed them because of my nail growth. Otherwise they were still in perfect condition! The guy who completed my treatment was also very quick and efficient. The only issue was that it had to be paid in cash which was quite inconvenient.

Had to wait about 15 mins even though I booked but I'm very happy with my gel manicure (with chrome powder), Anthony did these in 30 mins! I'll certainly be returning!
