Balfour Nursey is the best in Ilford.Whenever I take my child to the Nursery he goes straight to his room without crying or even look back.The staff members are very welcoming, polite, friendly, understanding and sweet.If you are looking for Day Care for your child this is the one.

I love these nursery teachers. It has a very homey feeling and the child-to-teacher ratio is great! My daughter has learned so much since going to this nursery at a small age. And had very good connections with teachers and kids. Definitely would recommend this nursery in Ilford. And also, big thanks for the nursery supporting and guiding us trough the years.

Brilliant nursery. My shy and anxious 2 year old left the nursery a confident 3 year old all thanks to Balfour Nursery. Daily updates are great and didn't have a single issue in the almost 1.5 year he attended. Keep up the good work!

My child had an amazing time at Balfour Nursery. I really appreciate all the staff looking after my child especially Fatima. I really would like to thank the manager Dawn for her support especially at the time when I was going through a difficult phase in life and was really worried for Ammar because of his special needs. Her confidence in the service her team provides made me feel so comfortable. Dawn was really understanding when I asked her for changing the session from evening to morning because of some situation and she accommodated my child to the best she could.

My kid had a great early years here. From the age of 1.5 years to 3+. All the practitioners are very kind. I am glad that we decided to go with Balfour. Thanks to Dawn and all the staffs there. I would recommend Balfour to anyone.

I have such a great experience with the Nursery and the team. Nursery Manager and the Staff member's are always helpful and providing us with necessary feedback and guidelines to prepare our little one to be prepared for the Reception and be independent.

All staff have been very kind and have helped my two Childrens settle in to nursery. The daily sheets are great. It is always nice to see what he has been doing during the day. There is good communication between home and nursery, both written and verbal feedback being very useful.

My daughter started the nursery when she was 9 months old. I chose this nursery because of the warm welcome I received from the nursery manager when she showed me around. I can’t thank all the staff at the nursery enough. All is may God continue to bless them in whatever they do. My daughter has grown over the years to be a confident 4 year old. All the nursery teachers are very professional and very knowledgeable in whatever they do. Balfour nursery was the automatic choice for my younger child, having had a great experience with them back in 2014-2016 for my older one. They have delivered care and support consistently over a number of years. My children have been part of this settling for 3 years each and on both occasions, staff, the manager and management have been very supportive. There is constant feedback about the child. I can clearly see they are always striving to improve. This is evident from paper back feedback to online tools for child's progress. The effort put in by the staff to make the graduation party even better and memorable than 6 years ago is a good example.I will miss the candid and friendly conversations with the staff and the manger Dawn. A number of the staff members are still there from 2016, which tells a lot about management retaining good carers. Food, hygiene, quality of staff, feedback and even the price are all top class at the nursery. Any feedback about the child is transparent and in the interest of child's wellbeing.Harvinder, Dawn and the staff will be truly missed when my younger one starts primary in Sep 2023. I wish them the very best to continue and provide excellent child care in Ilford. Without Balfour nursery, I wouldn't have been able to return to work in peace. They have been part of the extended family through covid too. If you are here looking for reassurance to register your child, look no further. I say this having done enough homework on nurseries in Ilford for my older one. I have 2 happy children at home to prove this.

My son, who is now going to start school, had a great time at Balfour nursery. He loves all his teachers and made some great friends there. He will surely miss all of them.The teachers and the manager Dawn are very cooperative and sweet.I recommend it to other mums. Your child will be in safe friendly hands :)
