We completed an online search, founding the vehicle wanted in this garage, albeit a good 70miles from our home. The vehicle was everything and more that was advertised. The staff and the garage have proved to be excellent, sending us photos of the repair work to the paintwork to our email address, a full valet and also fuel to ensure we could reach home without filling up! How refreshing. We would definitely recommend this garage

The service is outstanding every time, everything from hunting down the best spec cars for our budgets to transfering cars from other branches for us to look at. He has even brought cars to us in the evenings for us to test and look at as we work some odd hours. Thanks again Tim, we will no doubt be back in a couple of years when we need to swap out again.

Found a car online I liked the look of so i drove down to the showroom to have a look. Was greeted by tom who was very friendly he Showed me around the car and answered all my questions perfectly. Sat down looking Into the finance but my younger kids were a little bored to tom sorted there favorate tv programme out which entertained them until we were done. Was surprised to see tom being the only salesman there but he still managed to help other customers while still remaining attentive to myself. there was no pressure to buy and he took his time to look after me. He even game me a tip to get the insurance a little cheaper. I bought the car and have had a smile since. I would certainly recommend tom because he was just incredible. Thank you for my new car and being friendly and helpful throughout.

Bought a new(second hand) car from them , excellent service , Phil who looked after me was excellent , this is the second time I have bought from them

I’ve been looking for a “nice” car for a while. One day I just “fell in love”. I just HAD to have this car but I did not have the funds at the time.I sent an E-mail to Sandicliffe indicating my desire to own this car and, advising them that I was currently trying to raise the finance, asked them to let me know if it sold before I manage to get back to them.I received a phone call from Tim Ford. Obviously, I was wary; we all know that car salesmen do NOT have the best reputation. Anyway, after chatting with Mr Ford it was agreed that, if I put down a small deposit, the car would be kept until my finances came through; at that time estimated four weeks.Things never go as planned in the finance world, so I had to contact Mr Ford to advise that it looked like I couldn’t make it in four weeks; more likely to be six. I advised that I would understand if they got someone else interested that they would have to sell the car but I nevertheless offered to increase my deposit if they would be prepared to keep the car for me.I received a phone call from Mr Ford advising that the initial deposit paid was sufficient and they would hold the car for me.I could NOT believe my luck! I was on Cloud Nine! I had found a car salesman in a million!As it turned out, my finances came through within the original four weeks.You’ve guessed?I am now the 75 year old super-thrilled owner of the car of my dreams.Even at my age, I still like a car with some oomph!! I have bought many cars over the years, including several brand new ones, and I can honestly say that I have NEVER come across a car salesman as honourable as Tim Ford. YES: I dare say his bosses are equally able to judge whether customers are honourable or not.
