A very well run practice, very friendly professional staff with great expertise. Make you feel at ease and nothing is to much trouble.

Great service up until most recently where we had paid my bill, then they tried to charge us for the same thing a second time, sent a bill that we paid then sent us the same bill a second time denying payment. Huge confusion with bills and nobody could put time into calling back to discuss which left us calling MULTIPLE times. It was paid for but they then lost the transaction. After a lot of emotional stress, I fortunately won’t be using these vets again. Appalling customer service and control over bills.

Recently opened, this has a great location with helpful, friendly staff and vets. New facilities make this a great equine veterinary practice which is now quite local to us with the best vets for miles.

I cannot recommend this place any more. Absolutely fantastic vet, super clean environment, caring and knowledgeable. I went on a scoping day, everything was very smooth and stress free. The vet (Alexis) was so super knowledgeable she actually diagnosed kissing spine just by looking at my horse and confirmed by xray. I'll be using these guys for everything from now on. Thank you for the great service and your care.

My horse Rihanna visited Hirds on Wednesday. We saw Rhi’s vet Alexis who was amazing. Can’t recommend her enough. She was patient and thorough and explained things to me in a way I understood.

Best vets by far, all the girls are really nice and helpful at the clinic and always make you feel at ease when you go up. My horse recently had an injury in the field and Alicia came out to see him last Tuesday , she got him all stitched up and has done the most fantastic job! She came to take the stitches out today and we are both very impressed with the result. She has done a unreal job and she is very professional, she's gave me some aftercare advise and I know I can always email the vets or call with any worries and they will do their best to get back to me with answers asap. Will never use another vets , thankyou all! x
