Absolutely Awesome. Called them at 3 on a Saturday afternoon in a panic, Emma the Manager answered and literally rescued me.Great Service. Great Price. Great Manager. Great Team. Great Company.Been using Micheldever Tyres (Now Protyre) since I could drive.. 34 years... Been going to the original Micheldever Tyres with my father since I was a kid in the back of a Cortina.... 45 years...!!!

Been with them for many a long year. Always a pleasure when requiring their services, made to feel welcome, given good advice, and have confidence and trust in their work.

I can’t praise this place enough. They fixed my tyre within an hour and were friendly and calming. Very reasonable price too.

A bang-average experience.Tyres I needed weren’t in stock so the boss ordered them up and booked me in for fitting later that week. Slightly more expensive than the big boys in this sector but I was initially happy to support a local business.When I arrived at 0830 on the day scheduled for the fitting, the garage was empty yet there was a queue of cars snaking round the block. Most of them with fairly grumpy drivers at the wheel. Turns out the manager hadn’t arrived for work and the rest of the team (the ones that do the fitting) weren’t letting cars into the garage for the usual “health and safety” reasons. This was explained to me by the other people in the queue - no explanation or reassurance was offered by the garage team itself, whose irritation at the non-arrival of their colleague clearly outweighed any desire to extend so much as a scintilla of customer care to the drivers waiting outside.As I write this, I’m still waiting outside the garage. From my vantage point I can see the headless chickens buzzing about inside. Well, not exactly buzzing.I’m not particularly impressed. On the basis of this experience, which I appreciate may not be the norm, I cannot recommend this business to you.

My partner booked his Toyota Hilux in for tyres and brake pads. All a bit last minute but the guys were really accommodating and did a super job at a really competitive price - will definitely return for all maintenance work - highly recommend

Really pleased with the friendly, helpful, and efficient service we received today, at New Milton Tyres. They repaired a puncture, caused by a small screw, rather than fit another tyre, which was appreciated. Highly recommend. Thanks.
