I called Sam at short notice as I'd been let down by another company and had an appointment the following day that I needed to get my car towed to. Thankfully he was able to squeeze me in, at a reasonable price, and got me and my car where we needed to be, perfectly on time. He was also really helpful with some advice for future options, should I face the same issue again, and was just generally very helpful, professional and friendly. Thanks again, much appreciated :-)

BTR collected my Caravelle for me today, Sam kept me upto date about his arrival time to collect my vehicle. He was well presented, handled my vehicle with care and it was secured well, it had a long journey of 106 miles. It has just arrived after a few hours, I was presented with photos of the vehicle at its destination already for the garage to do their work.I'd highly recommend using BTR for any collections, recovery etc.

I needed my car towing and Sam was great, he arrived promptly, was very professional, helped troubleshoot and kept in good contact throughout the time he was towing my car (over 30miles away) I felt like my car was in safe hands and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend anytime!

Sam is a really nice guy, who seems genuinely apologetic for YOUR vehicle failing. He is quick at recovering the vehicle to his truck and makes sure it is fixed securely before driving off. Sam is cheery and polite and I would not hesitate in using, or recommending again. Thanks Sam.

Sam is a really nice pleasant chap, his own business and obviously works hard and has a good reputation. He was recommended by a garage to transport by car for repairs. Very happy with the pleasant, polite and speedy service. Hope never to need his services again but will recommend to others should the need arise.

Our issue wasn't of the highest urgency but Sam came our house the day after the initial phonecall. He was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem with the car. Thankfully the car didn't need recovering to the garage but it's good to know that BTR can do this if needed. Sam dealt with the problem quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when he told me the charge for the call out. I would definitely recommend using BTR if you have car trouble which isn't covered by your roadside recovery service

Sam came to collect my car from Cornwall and take it to a dealership in Bristol. From the moment he was booked he made contact with me and kept me updated on times etc . Was polite and professional upon arrival and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Even let me know that my car had been delivered on time in terrible traffic conditions. Top quality service.

Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with, kept in touch, prompt, friendly and professional service. Transported my T5 from Fareham to MILTA Technology in Bristol for Gearbox work. Delivered on time, and updated on arrival. Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but I'd have no hesitation in calling BTR to help if needed
