I work with some of the Macnabs team in my professional capacity as an estate agent and have known Sharon for a number of years. As an estate agent it's important that we work with and suggest a solicitor who will represent us well and provide our clients with a great service and really listen to their needs and plans for their buying/selling journey. It's for those reasons I continue to praise the great work they do and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of buying or selling. Many many clients I have passed to them have also given similar feedback.All staff I've had dealings with, even outwith the property side of things, from partners at the top, to trainee solicitors, to the very nice lady on the front desk, have been a pleasure to chat to and work with.

For anyone looking for a family lawyer, I can’t recommend Duncan Mackinnon highly enough. I’ve used Duncan twice over the last few years and Duncan is nothing other than fantastic at what he does. So much so, I hunted him down having dealt with Duncan at a previous firm!

We have been clients of Macnabs for many years, whether it be buying/selling homes, preparing Wills etc..... all members of staff have always been very professional and efficient in their work.... I would recommend Alan Roughead who has been working for us recently, he has taken time to give us the best advice.....they're fees are respectfully competitive.

Asked to speak to someone regarding family law and was advised by to go the citizens advice bureau because it would cost excess of £500 just to speak to someone. Unimpressed with secretary’s comments she admitted no legal knowledge but made a comment regarding situation like she knew my family!

Highly reccomend duncan mackinnon. I've used him for a few years when he was at a previous firm but he's carried on representing me at his new firm. Always give his name when people ask who I use.If you need a good family lawyer - he's your guy

Although I have now moved back down to England, my recent experiences with solicitors here has highlighted even more what an excellent service I received from Macnabs while arranging a property sale and other subsequent legal help that I required. My solicitor was Crawford Allan and I would not hesitate to recommend him very highly indeed. His approach is professional, kind, thoughtful and compassionate. Use Macnabs - you won't be disappointed.No testing on animals or financial/other inducements used to write this review, just an appreciation of good customer service!

Very happy with the service Macnabs provided. - in particular Sharon Connolly. I have dealt with a few solicitors now who's services I felt were a little underwhelming. This however was completely different and I am very happy I was recommended them by my estate agent whilst selling my property. I was consistently updated and all my queries where responded to quickly and in a way I understood. I recommend and will definitely be using them should I need a solicitor in the future.

Charged us £27.50 plus VAT for an email which was conveying condolences on the death of one of the third parties in a case. So to be clear, someone died in the case. They said they were sorry to hear it..... then charged us for that email!!!! Nice. Classy.Make no mistake: McNabs will charge you, it's in their terms, they will be attentive to that long before you see any result. WOuld I use them again: Never. Awful firm. As seen by that distastful charge.

Sharon has been helping myself and partner buy our first home. Information has been sent clearly and quickly, we have always felt like we were “in the loop” and always updated quickly with relevant information. Great service, would recommend.

Very helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent at going into detail and explaining everything to my parents.
