I was happy with the service we received. The vet took lots of time with us taking my wee dog outside to assess exactly how she was walking. I didn’t feel pressured into additional treatment or medication. I didn’t think there is going to be be a positive outcome for my elderly dog but the situation was treated sensationally and honestly. I took my ageing springer spaniel Murphy for his annual health check today and despite being busy, on call and seeing to multiple pets' appointments; Julian was so calm and attentive. Murphy hates these appointments and they don't normally go so smoothly, thank you very much.

Dog has signs of blood in his urine!! Don't want to know! Shocking, little care giving. Fob you off with if you can't get anybody else, well maybe. But then I state everyone has said this already. To which she then replies awh sorry we aren't taking any new appointments. Imagine stating/lying about maybe we can help then if you can get somebody else". Shocking people!!"

Many thanks to the vets involved in putting my old dog to sleep,so as to not stress the dog unnecessarily I ask could they put him tosleep in the car,in the pouring rain they did what i asked many thanks again great staff
