Just had a wet cut with Billie and I’m so happy! She walked through how I could style my side fringe, she listened to exactly what I was after and nailed it.I took my newborn in with me and she was so lovely in making sure I was comfortable. Best salon I’ve been to in a long time. Thank you <3

Best hairdressers I've ever been to. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it. There's 3 parking space in front of the building but plenty of road parking. Billie cut my hair and I couldn't be more pleased, she done a fabulous job and offered ideas on top if what I wanted to suit my hair type and face shape. I will be going back!

My first time coming to Matrix. I was very nervous. From the instant I walked in and mentioned this, I was looked after and gave a coffee to steady my nerves. I was looked after by Zoe. Zoe completely understood what I was looking for and was able to offer me some good advice. Zoe is an asset to Matrix. Thank you especially Zoe for being so lovely and everyone else there who made me feel so at ease and being understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend here for nervous clients as they are lovely. I hope to be back in the future ❤️

The girls are amazing and friendly. They asked me if I would like to have a tea or a coffee. I had a restyle haircut, and I am extremely happy with the result. There are 3 parking spaces right in front, but you can also park on the first street on the right. It's not that cheap but for sure it's worth it. And for being the first time there they offered me a 25% discount. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience.

I just wanted to share the amazing experience I just had with this salon. I was a nervous wreck going in as this was my first hair cut since covid. The staff were so accommodating and amazing. I was able to sit and desensitise in the back room whilst I acclimated to the noise with a wonderful woman who chatted to me and made sure I was ok before beginning the hair cut. I took up over 15 mins of her time but at no point did I feel like I was rushed or made to feel less then. At the time of my appointment another hair stylist came to take me, we discussed my preferences and then I went to get shampooed. Excellent hair massage! Then when things got too overwhelming again my amazing hair dresser again took me to the back room to finish cutting my hair. I can’t express enough thanks to these wonderful women for making a traumatic experience for me entirely normal and adaptable. I cannot praise this team enough. Be sure they have a loyal customer in me and any friends who ask for recommendations. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

They are friendly staff, and they give you a biscuit with your coffee, which I loved. I love the reclining chair they have at their wash basins.

My son hates having his hair cut normally, this was the first time he’s actually enjoyed it. And the only hairdresser ever to actually make it look like the picture he wanted. He was over the moon.They are so friendly and welcoming and so amazing at what they do. They got us in last minute as well! Can’t rate them highly enough.We won’t be going anywhere else, ever again!

May I say , Vicki has transformed my hair completely. Having such thick hair I was worried it wouldn’t come out how I wanted but she was so patient and it’s come out better than expected. Really happy , highly recommend! Go to Vicki for highlighting !
