Vets4Pets - Braintree

Brilliant service, friendly staff & explain anything to us about our poor dog, whose way on the way to making a full recovery. Highly recommend great service!

I cannot recommend enough Vets4Pets Braintree. We had an emergency situation that took few days. I am just grateful that we have such as professional as Iioana ( sorry if i am spelling the name wrong ) that was next to us to help us go through this journey with our kitten Ivy. All the other staff is also great and they all have done the best that could be done!THANK YOU GUYS!

I have always registered all my pets with Braintree Vets4Pets. The team on reception are very knowledgeable and know us and our pets when we arrive. The Vets and nursing team are very kind and compassionate about what they do and the animals they treat. My dogs have been in for treatments from vaccinations up to minor surgery (neutering) and have always been treated with incredible care. I can happily say I trust the whole team with my dogs (2 x Golden Retrievers) care.Both my dogs are on their complete care plan (Which I highly recommend) so we make quite a few visits each year for general health checks, vaccinations even claw clipping and we are always greeted in a very friendly manor and they receive top level care every visit.

Registered today to a lovely welcome as feline friend and I are new to area. Molly was very friendly and professional, so already feeling in safe hands. Thank you

Shocking shocking service! I had to pull over in my car on the way as my cat has serious anxiety issues being not just in the pet carrier but in the car, she hates it! I called to say I’d had to pull over as she was distressed and that I might be a few mins late and I was told I wouldn’t be seen till 2 hours later and that I’d missed my appointment, even though every single time I’ve been there I’ve always waited at least 20 mins to be seen! I didn’t want to rebook and subject my cat to more stress bringing her back so I said I’ll come and wait. On arrival there was no one else there waiting??! Lesley one of the receptionists came over to ask if I wanted to put my cat, who is stressed out beyond belief, out the back!? Away from me?! Not sure how that’s helpful?? She also had a really bad attitude! They made my cat sit in a pet carrier for well over an hour before seeing her. It was only an annual check to prescribe her flea treatment. Maybe they enjoyed listening to my cat crying and screaming?! This vet is not about the care and well being of your animal…it’s about the money you pay them month after month. Disgusting treatment! I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Such a lovely vets practice. Took my female dog and diagnosed with stomach bug, 5 days later needed emergency surgery for pyometra. Our vet Ionda was lovely, Nd looked after Lola like she was her own. Nurses are very caring and helpful and reception staff are so friendly

Always good service. All staff very polite and very helpful and all done with a smile. Very welcoming environment in reception. Even when you telephone you get the same service. Would always recommend you to all my friends.

The most caring and professional vets and nurses!I felt my kitten was safe in their hands. They have done everything possible to help us save her.They genuinely care about our fur babies!Massive thanks to the whole team! I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
