Went in on Friday after 4pm to tax my daughters new car. The staff could not be more helpful and when we did not have the full details on us to fill in the form and had to go back home for the information the staff were very accommodating and lets us back in after 5pm. Excellent customer service.

I use this post office regularly for work and have always found the ladies very helpful and knowledgeable with getting the right service for the product we need sending. No hard sales just enough information to make the decision. I have also just done mine and my son's passport which was an easy and efficient service. We had our passports back in under 3 weeks.

I highly recommend the Post Office in Newport Pagnell. They were incredibly helpful in sorting my Son's passport application. They were very patient with him and spent a lot of time getting a suitable photo of an irritable 2 year old!

Once they have taken your money they offer no Customer service or follow up and just say it is not their problem!You say you just offer a service - the dictionary definition of service is:-noun1.the action of helping or doing work for someoneYou offered no help - the woman just said ‘It is not our problem - contact Royal Mail!
