LA Bouncy Castle Hire Leeds

Great service, hired for my sons birthday. The bouncy castle was brilliant, the kids absolutely loved it, and I'm planning on hiring again for another birthday. The staff are all lovely, really helpful, polite and professional. Can't recommend enough

The bouncy castle did not arrive and the company have been impossible to reach.Sadly, my experience was almost exactly the same as Trish's although I was not able to source a replacement bouncy castle.I booked and paid a deposit in July which was confirmed by an automated email. A week before the party, I phoned the contact number on the email which went to voicemail. I received a text and phoned back to confirm the booking, following this up with a text containing the delivery address and timings.Then nothing. No bouncy castle. No answer to either the phone number that had text me or the phone number of the website. No response to my voicemails. No answer to my emails.I have read the owner's response to Trish's complaint and understand booking systems can be temperamental. Computers go wrong. But why not reconfirm with customers? Or answer the phone? Or pay back their deposits? I feel totally scammed and my five year old was devastated on her birthday.

Hired a bouncy castle on Saturday for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and it was fab, kids loved it! Great service, easy to book online and I got a text the day before with arrival and collection times. They guys were bang on time and really quick and helpful setting up. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you LA hire ☺️

My son absolutely loved the toddler blaze castle for his party and spent the day on it. The boys who dropped and collected were quick and helpful with any information. Would definitely recommend.

We hired the toddler bouncy castle recently for my 2 year oldest birthday party. Booking was simple, price very reasonable and the guys arrived to set up and pick up as planned. The bouncy castle itself was great and the kids had a lovely time. Would use again.

Will not be recommending or using this company ever again!Booked for 17th super hero bouncy castle £80, paid £20 deposit. In the week before i tried to email and use the chat function to find out how to pay the rest of the balance. No reply. Re read email confirmation said to be paid on or day before the event. So i thought oh they are probably busy and i will pay cash on arrival.Day of the party for my 4 yr old still no contact called every number we could find as we still had not heard from this company. Nothing just answer phones . I eventually remembered i got a text from a number confirming the castle, had to leave a message. Which got back in touch to say that the company had just been sold and they didnt know about our booking even though that number had previously confirmed the castle. This bouncy castle was for my 4year old son which i had to explain to him that his castle was no longer coming for his birthday. Thankfully my sister called another company who came to our rescue On the same day.I will never use this company again do not recommend

Amazing service, did everything they could to help get a bouncy castle for my little boys birthday with a very small garden! Highly recommend.

Ordered a slide & castle combo for my sons 3rd birthday.. very happy with the service, hassel free drop off & collection. Very professional and good value for money. Will definitely be using in the future!

I can not recommend enough, so each to book, very informative and fast response. The kids loved the bouncy castle and I will certainly be using your services again. The men that set it up were really friendly too. 10/10 very good value for money. Also just to add I had the bouncy castle on bank holiday weekend they were very punctual. Thank you
